Thanks Per Yngve Berg. I have used this extension and continue with it but it does not do what I need. Every module can be times to begin at a particular time and end at another. But they don't activate at the time of the person visiting the site. So if the site is set to Midnight GMT that is the time that it changes, no matter what someone has in their profile or what their local time might be.
