You can do a bulk replacement of text or code with Regular Labs DB replacer or ReReplacer.

Both are similar to each other where one makes permanent changes with the replaced code or text, and the other does so on the fly at the time the pages are requested. Read with caution the JED listings descriptions and about the extensions on the developer's documentation.
I think the first extension linked above would be the solution for a fast and easy replacement of the code.
