RESOLVED..... even though I couldnt find a fix using the search option on these forums, something I remembered from ages ago
Go to Administrator on your FTP and find the Cache folder...... and then delete autoload_psr4.php
Reload your website, and its all good to go.
Just helping someone else out on here if they do a search to find a resolution to the same problem.
